Shipping & Delivery

At Artisanal Emporium, we are dedicated to getting your handcrafted treasures to you swiftly and safely. We are pleased to offer a simple and complimentary shipping experience for all our customers within the USA.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

USA Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

Rate: We offer complimentary (free) shipping on all orders across the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time: Your order will arrive in 3 to 5 business days after it has been shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@artisanalemporium.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. boxes using our standard shipping methods.

Gifting

All our orders are shipped in our signature premium gift box, ready for giving. To protect the surprise, we never include pricing or order details in our packages. If you have added a custom gift note at checkout, it will be beautifully included with your order.
